Festival Rules

Please help make everyone’s festival experience enjoyable. We ask our guests to please abide by the following guidelines:

  • SMOKING IS PROHIBITED IN FOOD & BEVERAGE SERVICE AREAS
  • Lawn chairs are suggested for optimum viewing. No more than two (2) chairs per person may be brought into the concert venue.
  • Feel free to stand up and cheer, the people in front of you may.
  • Seating for those with disabilities to the accessible seating area will begin at approximately 5:25pm (as long as the venue is re-set from and activities earlier in the day) and wrist banding will occur at that time.  Patrons may bring up to three (3) immediate family members with them.
  • Bicycles must be walked through the festival grounds.
  • Depending on the artist, we offer a Standing Only section near the front of the stage for those that want to enjoy the show on their feet. Blankets are welcome only in the designated areas.
  • Anyone intending to purchase alcoholic beverages at the festival must have a valid, government issued picture ID. There will be no exceptions regardless of your age.
  •  If you feel you have consumed too much alcohol our volunteers at Guest Relations will be happy to call a taxi for you.
  • There is a smoke-free seating area in the main concert venue.
  • All patrons are subject to search without warning.
  • Ticket scalping is illegal and will result in prosecution to the fullest extent of the law.
  • No sitting or standing is allowed in the aisles of the entertainment sites. For safety reasons the aisles are meant for patrons to get from one area to another.
  • No stopping on Shoreline Drive at any time (even to just drop people off). It's dangerous and we’ve had many very close calls.
  • No overnight camping in line is allowed at Heritage Landing. The park is closed from 12:00am to 7:00am.

The following are NOT allowed at Heritage Landing:
  • Flash photography*
  • Cameras with detachable lenses*
  • Video recorders*
  • Fireworks
  • Coolers (hard & soft sided)
  • Glass containers
  • Cans
  • Alcoholic beverages

* These items are allowed in the areas outside of the Main Stage venue.
We appreciate and thank you for your cooperation. By following these guidelines everyone will have a safe and enjoyable time.
