For everyone's safety, please no bicycles, skateboards, roller or inline skates are allowed.

No Tarps of any kind will be allowed in the concert venue.

Handicap seating will begin at 5:20pm (as long as the venue is re-set from any activities earlier in the day) and wristbanding will occur at that time. Patrons may bring immediate family with them. Our Handicap Seating Area will accommodate all those with special needs.

On some nights depending on the artist we will offer a Standing Only section up front near the stage for those that want to enjoy the show on their feet. Blankets are welcome in the designated areas.

We are offering a smoke-free seating area on the lagoon side of the Concert Venue.

Lawn chairs are suggested for optimum viewing. No more than four (4) chairs per person may be brought into the concert venue.

No unauthorized solicitation, handbills, or sales allowed at any festival site.

No flash photography, audio or video recording devices are allowed in the entertainment sites. These items are subject to confiscation.

You may not bring alcoholic beverages on site.

No pets are allowed on any festival site except those assisting people with disabilities.

Our goal is to keep ticket prices as inexpensive as possible. Ticket scalping is illegal and will result in prosecution to the fullest extent of the law.

For safety's sake no fireworks, glass containers, cans, or grills.

To speed admission into the concert venue, please leave coolers (hard and soft side) and picnic baskets at home. You will be asked to take them back to your car.

Please do not sit or stand in the aisles in the entertainment sites.

Anyone intending to purchase alcoholic beverages at the festival must have a valid, government issued picture ID. There will be no exceptions regardless of your age. Also if you feel you have consumed too much alcohol, please find a volunteer or security attendant. We will be happy to call a taxi for you.

Absolutely no firearms are allowed at any Summer Celebration venue even with permit. Heritage Landing is an entertainment venue with a capacity greater than 2,500.

All patrons are subject to search without warning.

No overnight camping in line is allowed at Heritage Landing. The park is closed from 12:00 AM to 7:00 AM.

Stopping on Shoreline Drive at any time (even to just drop people off) is strictly prohibited. We've had many very close calls. It's dangerous, and we want to make sure everyone arrives and gets home safely
