Grounds

Most events are located at Heritage Landing along the shores of Muskegon Lake in downtown Muskegon. Hackley Park is the site for Meijer Art in the Park and the streets of downtown Muskegon come alive during the Comerica Village Craft Show.  Click on the map to the right for a larger version.
 
 
 

Admission Prices

All event passes will be available at the annual 11-Day Pass Party May 15-17, 2009. The remaining passes will be available through Star Tickets beginning Monday, May 18, 2009

Adult 11 Day Pass: May 15, 2009 $95
  On or After May 18, 2009 $99
Child 11 Day Pass: May 15, 2009 $45
  On or After May 18, 2009 $49

Single day ticket prices vary by concert and seating area.

 
 
 

Ticket Availability

Individual tickets for all concerts are available at all Star Tickets outlets. Outlets are located at all Michigan Meijer locations and at the Frauenthal Box Office. Tickets are also available at www.startickets.com or via phone at 1-800-585-3737 or 616-222-4000 (in Grand Rapids).

We now offer a variety of single day seating options. We have something for everyone from Premier Seating right up next to the stage and Reserved Seating options, to unique opportunities like the Sky Deck, and Bridge.

 
 
 
Summer Celebration Merchandise

Muskegon Summer Celebration merchandise is available at Heritage Landing in the Chrysler/Jeep/Dodge Main stage area.  Merchandise is also available at Hackley Park during the Meijer Art in the Park.

 
 
 
Guest Relations

The Summer Celebration's Howmet Guest Relations Center will be operating in full swing again this year. Located at the main entrance (Seventh St. and Shoreline Dr.) of Heritage Landing, customers can get information about the Summer Celebration or about the Muskegon area, meet up with lost children/parents, request taxi service, check the lost and found, receive first aid, or make an emergency phone call. We will do our best to help. The Center is open all festival hours. 

Our Guest Relations also offers accessibility carts for those with special needs.  These shuttles run continuously during all festival hours between the Accessible Parking area located at Shoreline Drive and Mart Street to the main gate.
 
 
 
Concert Venue Seating

Heritage Landing is an open air venue, we recommend that you bring lawn chairs for optimum viewing. No tarps of any kind will be allowed in the concert venue. We a wide range of seating options from general admission to reserved seating next to the stage.  A complete description of the seating options may be found on the tickets page at www.summercelebration.com/tickets  We offer accessible seating, along with smoke-free and blanket-free sections. Ushers will assist those with special needs beginning at 5:25pm. To view the seating sections simply click on the graphic to the right.

 
 
 

Entertainment Areas

Enjoy a wide variety of musical and fun entertainment from our various stages. Nightly admission is required to the Chrysler/Jeep/Dodge Main Stage located in the heart of Heritage Landing.

The Blue Chip Casino Tiki Stage has the best view in town with fun musical entertainment each night from 6:00pm until 10:00pm. Nightly Chrysler/Jeep/Dodge Main Stage admission is required.

Snake Pit

Meet up with friends and enjoy this new area located on the path to the midway. Cooked on site, Docker’s signature Perch Sliders and Prime Pita’s food items will keep you coming back for more. If you dare…sample some of the new Venom specialty adult beverages. Miller and Leinenkugel beer, a variety of flavored malt beverages and wine are also available. The new Snake Pitis located near the entrance to the midwaydailyopen daily until 10:45pm. Patrons are charged $5 and receive a $5 token good for rides, games, food or beverages.

Miller andLeinenkugel beer, and a variety of flavored malt beverages and wineare also available in the Chrysler/Jeep/Dodge Main Stage concert area from 5:30pm-10:45pm. In addition enjoy special tiki drinks at the Blue Chip Casino Tiki Stagelocated on the Point. Nightly concert admission is required.

Muskegon Summer Celebration uses a ticket system for all alcoholic beverages. Beverage Tickets are sold in $1.00 increments.

Come early between 5:30 -7:30pm and enjoy “Happy Hour” pricing at all beverage stations. All alcoholic beverages are $1.00 off. Enjoy the opening night special “Happy Hour” pricing from 5:00pm-11:00pm.

Love beer? Check out our refillable beer mug. Purchase the 2009 24oz. insulated mug for $8.00 at our merchandise tent and have it filled for only $5.00. Quantitiesare limited so purchase them early. Only the 2009 mugswill be refilled at this special price.

Anyone intending to purchase alcoholic beverages at the festival must have a picture ID. There will be no exceptions regardless of your age.

First Aid services are available at Heritage Landing during all operational hours and also during the Artisan Weekend activities in Hackley Park.
   
 
Did You Know?
