Volunteers

Volunteer Information

As a volunteer your contribution will impact many of our 600,000 patrons. While the Board of Trustees, Directors, Chairpersons, committee members, and staff may be the "grease" of the festival, our volunteers are the gears that keep everything going!  If you volunteered with us in the past, you will receive a notice in the mail once the volunteer application and handbook are available.  Please review the 2010 Volunteer Handbook, as this describes all our volunteer needs and general information you will need.

If you are a new volunteer, please give us a call at 231-722-6520 or stop by the office at 587 W. Western, Muskegon, MI 49440 between 8:00 am and 5:00 pm Monday through Friday. New volunteer applications are accepted all year.

Volunteer Handbook

Please take a look through the Volunteer Handbook.  We include the expectations and a description of all the available volunteer positions plus it gives general information you will need to know as a Summer Celebration volunteer.  Please click here for the 2010 Volunteer Handbook

Volunteer Application

Once you have read through the handbook, please fill out our Volunteer Application.  If you are new to the festival, we ask that you bring the application to our offices at 587 W. Western, Muskegon, MI in person.  If you have been a volunteer with us before, you may return the application by mail, fax at (231) 722-6112 or drop it off in person.  Positions will be filled on a first come/first served basis.  Please click here for the 2010 Volunteer Application.
